This high fashion, premium brand is cool, sexy, flirty, ironic – and did we mention that customers just can’t get enough of it? As part of its ongoing growth a new European flagship store is being opened in Mayfair, this will showcase all product categories in one location spanning womenswear, accessories, jewellery, kidswear and fragrance.
As buying manager you will be responsible for the product assortment within this new London store and the existing Milan store; as the business is growing rapidly so will your responsibility as new locations are opened. You will buy all product areas for the stores, liaising closely with the store managers, to make the assortment appropriate for your retail locations. You will edit and assort the line, manage the OTB and drive the business to deliver sales and margin results. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities by analysing competitor, trend and market research allowing you to strategise key items, promotions and mark downs.
You must be an established buyer with experience in premium / luxury womenswear, you may have gained this experience as a buyer for a luxury brand or at a luxury department store / multi-brand store. It is essential that you are strong on systems and thinking analytically to allow you to pull together and analyse information on a vast number of SKUs.
