Managing a team of five you will be responsible for creating the very essence of a luxury experience and ensuring the best in customer service is provided at all times; you will be a sales driven leader who enjoys spending time on the shop floor rather than remaining in a back office.
You must have experience of managing a luxury store and driving footfall by pro-actively bringing customers in through effective management of the customer database. Your history of managing this level of business will ensure you are already well connected with a ‘little black book’ of valued customers. In return you will be given autonomy within an expanding business and the opportunity to establish the store and its systems as you see fit.
